The cottage is a furnished, 2 bedroom house with a queen-sized bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second. There is a fully-functional kitchen with pots, pans, plates, silverware and appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, as well. Breakfast at the Inn is not included in the price of Cottage rental, but, should you desire to eat breakfast at the Inn, arrangements can be made with Kate. The cottage, as with all facilities at the Old Iron Inn, is proud to be a smoke-free environment.

This has been a busy time for the cottage. The exteriors of the house and garage were recently painted a lovely robin's egg blue. The kitchen was professionally re-papered and now looks fresh and smart. The kitchen also got a beautiful new stove. One of the twin beds got a new matress and box spring set. We also had the old driveway torn up and a new wider hot top driveway poured. Also, the cottage has a newly-built chimney, some updated wiring, the addition of free basic cable tv, and the installation of an automatic garage door opener. Last, but by no means least, the bathroom has been completely updated and revamped.
