The Cottage


The cottage is a fully furnished two bedroom house.  Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is a lovely kitchen with granite countertops, outfitted with pots, pans, plates, silverware and appliances. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. The cottage includes cable tv and wi-fi. As with all facilities at the Old Iron Inn, the cottage is proud to be a smoke-free environment. A one-car garage with garage door opener is for the use of the tenant. No pets are allowed.

 The cottage is located directly behind the Inn, on Smith Street.  It is within easy walking distance to a grocery store, library, bank with an ATM machine and a gas station. The cottage has an enclosed front porch, furnished with wicker and antique chairs, a private living room, two bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a bathroom with a tub/shower.
