The Old Iron Inn now offers a fully furnished beautiful in-town apartment for rent by the week or by the month. Located directly next door to the Old Iron Inn, the apartment is large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The apartment is the entire upper floor of a large house. It features an enormous master bedroom, smaller second bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, lovely kitchen, eat-in dining room and comfortable living room. A washer and dryer, along with exercise equipment, are located in the basement of the building. A space in the garage, with garage door opener, is also included.

The Old Iron Inn is happy to direct-bill companies for corporate or state clients. The apartment is located approximately 1.5 miles from Cary Medical Center, and is within walking distance of a large grocery store, banks, library, post office, schools, movie theater and ATX.

$900/month or $350/week, plus tax, inclusive of everything but phone (since everyone has a cell phone nowadays). For rentals of 28 days or more, no sales tax applies. The cost includes rent, heat, water, utilities, electricity, insurance, cable tv, snow removal and garbage collection. The apartment is 100% non-smoking.
