The Cottage


The cottage is a furnished, 2 bedroom house with a queen-sized bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second. There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, silverware and appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, as well. The cottage includes cable tv and a DSL internet connection. As with all facilities at the Old Iron Inn, the cottage is proud to be a smoke-free environment.

Included in the gallery is a front view of the cottage. The Inn is located directly behind the cottage, which is in walking distance of a grocery store, library, bank with an ATM machine and a gas station. The cottage had an enclosed front porch, furnished with wicker and antique chairs, a private living room, a master bedroom with the queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with a new stove and a cottage bathroom.

Pleasant Street Apartment #5 is a lovely, completely renovated two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor (no steps!). The apartment features comfortable and graciously decorated rooms, a stackable washer and dryer are provided, and all utilities are included, including cable tv and wi-fi. There is a covered parking space directly outside the door into the apartment for the tenant's exclusive use.

Pleasant Street Apartment #3


Pleasant St. #3 is a beautiful fully furnished two bedroom apartment. It features a lovely kitchen with dishwasher, lots of natural light, and no wall-to-wall carpeting. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other a twin. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for this apartment's exclusive use. Featuring a private entrance with mud room, this 950-plus square foot apartment is more like a townhouse. You enter at ground level through the mud room. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are all on the second level, and the bedrooms are on the third level. Like all of our apartments, this one is completely non-smoking. All utilities, including wi-fi, are included.
